 OPTION 1: WebAssist 10
10hr Pre Paid Support & Maintenance
- Pre Paid cost = $490 (ex GST)
- 10 hours of edits (valid for 12 months)
- All requests are time logged and reported to client at end of each month
- Includes 3 FREE hours (save $210)
This plan is best suited to businesses needing quarterly updates
OPTION 2: WebAssist 20
20hr Pre Paid Support & Maintenance
- Pre Paid cost = $1,050 (ex GST)
- 20 hours of edits (valid for 12 months)
- All requests are time logged and reported to client at end of each month
- Includes 5 FREE hours (save $350)
This plan is best suited to businesses needing monthly or fortnightly updates
OPTION 3: WebAssist Pay As You Need
Support & Maintenance when you need it
- Hourly rate $70 (ex GST)
- A log of requests and time taken is recorded and invoiced once the tally exceeds $100.
- Charges occur in quarter-hour increments (ie. if a request takes 10 minutes the charge will be $17.50 – not $70)
This plan is best suited to those who only require the occasional ammendments or updates
